Good breakdown for body awareness. Can be done with plyo-balls, heavy softballs, a wad of socks, or an actual ball. Would be a great drill to work on throwing the ball in the glove too!
This is your footwork foundation for a lot of your standing stationary drills.
Typically the 3rd or 4th step in your pitchers warmup. Good for timing and getting the feeling of both arms working together. I would use a 14in softball during this drill!
Can be done with a pair of wadded up socks and a Couch! Doubles as a core workout if desired!
