Wednesday 31st Session 3 — Agility, conditioning, and baserunning
The Agility, Conditioning, and Baserunning Clinic focuses on developing speed, strength, and on-field efficiency for softball athletes. Participants will train with position-specific agility drills, structured conditioning circuits, and detailed baserunning instruction. Athletes will learn proper mechanics, improve stamina, and gain a better understanding of situational baserunning to elevate overall performance.
Wednesday 31st Session 2 Defense 12u up
Our Defense Clinic focuses on sharpening fundamental and advanced defensive skills for all positions. Athletes will work through high-energy, game-specific drills that build confidence, consistency, and IQ on the field. Training includes footwork, glove work, angles, reads, throwing mechanics, communication, and situational awareness. Players will learn how to move efficiently, anticipate plays, and make confident decisions under pressure. This clinic is designed to elevate defensive performance and prepare athletes to compete at a higher level.
Wednesday 31st Session 1 Hitting 12u up
Participants will rotate through a series of hitting stations that address every phase of successful hitting, including stance and setup, swing path, contact point, hip rotation, lower-body power generation, and barrel control. Coaches will use live pitching, front toss, tee work, video analysis, and drills to ensure players build consistency and feel immediate improvement.
Competitive rounds and game-simulated environments reinforce the ability to execute under pressure. The goal is to equip hitters with the mechanics, approach, and confidence needed to produce consistent, quality at-bats in game situations.

Session 1 — 12u up Infield
The infield clinic focuses on developing elite glove work, footwork, and decision-making through targeted instruction and high-tempo reps. Athletes learn proper fielding posture, angles, hops, and transfers, along with advanced techniques for backhands, forehands, slow rollers, and short-hop picks. Emphasis is placed on quick, efficient movement patterns and maintaining rhythm through the play.
Players rotate through position-specific stations covering double-play feeds and turns, throw accuracy, arm slots, and internal-clock awareness. Drills replicate game-speed scenarios to sharpen reaction time, communication, and situational awareness. Coaches provide individual feedback to refine mechanics and improve consistency.
The goal is to build confident, fundamentally sound infielders capable of executing routine and advanced plays with efficiency and precision in competitive game environments.
