Agility, Conditioning, and Baserunning Program

6 WEEK PROGRAM —Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm and Sundays 8-9 am.

Learning and implementing an athletic warmup, enhancing agility through ladders, quick feet, and hurdles, improving conditioning through sprint series, and learning smart baserunning.

DATES:

Jan: 15, 18, 22, 25, 29

Feb: 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22

$20 per session, $110 for 6 sessions, $220 for all sessions
