Sunday 28th Agility, Conditioning, and Baserunning

This clinic is designed to build faster, stronger, and more explosive athletes. Baserunning instruction includes leads, jumps, turns, reads, sliding technique, and how to maximize speed on the paths. Athletes will learn how to move efficiently, create scoring opportunities, and apply intelligent baserunning strategies in game situations.
